3 months old!!!

What everybody says is true...babies grow up too fast!  Reagan is 3 months old!  She's changed so much in 3 months and it seems like she changes from day to day!   She's learned to do so many new things.  She's amazing!  It's amazing how God gives these little ones the ability to learn so quickly!  Reagan has been home with Daddy for the past 3 days since I'm back at work.  I've been really thankful for Aaron staying with her.  The transition has been a little easier, but...I'm also spoiled because they come see me at lunch!  It sure does make the day go faster!

Even though I've been missing my sweet little miracle...Daddy and Reagan have been having too much fun!  Their day consist of playing, eating, sleeping, and diaper changes!   What a life!

But, everyday I come home I get to snuggle and Daddy gets to play with his bikes!  We switch roles for at least an hour.  Then back to one little family!

So, in 3 months...Reagan has learned to ride on Mommy's legs, hold her own bottle (sometimes), make her bug sing, and she's learned to make us PAY ATTENTION!

Reagan has discovered her voice!  She's trying really hard to give us a piece of her mind!  I promise she is NOT crying in this video!  Aaron said she learned that from her Mommy!

See y'all again soon with more adventures!

Back to work...

Mommy is officially back at work and not always loving it!  I miss that little girl every minute I'm gone!

But, we've been making the most of every minute together!  Our last day together we got to explore all kinds of new things!  Reagan loves to play in her exersaucer.

However, she's not quite tall enough and we had to bring the floor to her.  But, she doesn't seem to mind that she's standing on phone books!  We also discovered her jumper.

Again...the jumping thing isn't really happening, but the toys are fun to play with and she thinks it's great to spin herself in circles!  Reagan is also still trying to figure out who that little girl is in that mirror with her mommy!  She sat on the dresser for about 5 minutes just checking herself out!

First we looked at ourselves standing up.  Then we got jello legs and had to sit for a while!  Either way that little girl is darn cute!!!  Now, Reagan has been staying home with Daddy.  They've been having too much fun!   They go to the bike shop and play outside and play in the jumper...  They seem to stay pretty busy!  And...they came to see Mommy at work 2 days!  It sure did make the afternoon easier to get through!  She's her Daddy's girl , but her Mommy's world!  We sure do love our little miracle!

Smile and the world will smile with you!

We are officially smiling!  A LOT!  We're on the verge of laughing, but no sound comes out!  We'll figure that one out eventually!  Unfortunately mommy has to go back to work next week.  So...we've been spending a lot of time hanging out recently and enjoying every little smile and giggle!  She really love to smile at her daddy and laugh when he tries to get her dressed or change her diaper!  Too funny!  I never knew changing so many diapers could be such a wonderful thing!

We also enjoy our frequent nap times with mommy and daddy.

And...Reagan even got to cook with mommy.  Mostly she just pushed her toys off of her tray into the sink or into the pots!  But, we had fun doing it and smiled all the way!

Tummy time is definitely paying off!  We've got the "super baby" trick down quite nicely.  It won't be long before we start scooting.  However, right now...we only tolerate about 10 minutes on our tummy.  We're getting there!

We went out to lunch with Kari, Jen, Erin, Aunt B, and baby Wesley.  Reagan wasn't too sure what to think about little Wesley.  And Wesley was just smiling at Reagan.  They were too cute!  Sure to be good friends!

After all the fun and games...while Reagan was taking a nap with Daddy...Mommy decided to get crafty!  I was tired of paying $5-6 for bows.  So I decided to get out the hot glue gun and give it a try!  I thought I did a pretty good job and had a lot of fun doing it!  Too bad I can't just stay home and make bows for a living!

We're just enjoying our last full days together, but I'm sure there will be more adventures to come!  However, updated only during nap time!  Can't miss a chance to play!

Vegas, baby, YEAH!

Reagan just had another wild adventure!  We left for Las Vegas at 2 pm on Wednesday Feb 11th and drove all night.  Reagan was a trooper!  She slept most of the time and when she wasn't sleeping she was content to play with mommy and granny or watch mountain biking movies on the computer!   However, 20 hours in her bucket (car seat) began to wear on her!  We stopped at Hoover Dam on the way there to waste time.

We tried to pass time out of the car by shopping at Pottery Barn kids, but that quickly got boring!

We finally checked into the Red Rock on Thursday at 3 pm and relief!  Out of the car!  At least for a little while!  While we were in Vegas we drove around and saw all the lights,

played in the Casino,

and watched Aaron ride his bike down a crazy mountain!

It was fun, but boy were we worn out EVERY night!  And it was cold on that mountain!

Aaron ended up winning 1st place in the Super-D and 3rd place in the Downhill.

We left on Monday to come home and made it to Winslow, Arizona before stopping to sleep.  We finally got back home Tuesday at midnight!  What a trip and Reagan was GREAT!!!  Thank goodness for Granny & Opa though!

It made the trip a little easier and it was great having their big Suburban to travel in!

How does this work?!

Just a quick update...Reagan was born on November 28th, 2008.  She's now over 2 months old and growing like a weed!  At our last doctor's visit she weighed 10 lbs. 14 oz. and 23 1/2 inches long and I know she's grown since then!  She also had her first round of shots and did great with just a little soreness in her legs for a couple of days.

She's so much fun!  She's following sounds and movement and smiles at everything (except the camera)!   She's been working on pedaling her bicycle and loves to stand on her little legs until they turn into Jell-o!  I'm pretty sure she'll learn to ride her bike and then walk and just skip crawling all together!
