Treats, no tricks!

Since we get NO trick-or-treaters out at our house we went to Baird on Saturday!  Yes...Baird.  Baird had a neat little fall festival downtown.  Reagan wore her Bee costume and Adam wore his "little monster" shirt.  Reagan had so much fun seeing all the costumes and playing the games.  She started out a little timid but once she found out she got candy... it was all over!  She would do anything for candy!  She also painted a little pumpkin.  That was my favorite part because we still have it sitting on the bar in our house.  Here's a few pictures of our exciting adventure.

Reagan got in the bounce house but wasn't too sure about jumping with her wings and hat on!

On Sunday we had other fun plans.  We had to go to Nana and Papa's house and then to Mom and Dad's house for more sugary treats!  After that we went to hang out at the fire station to pass out candy while Daddy worked.

Sweet smiles!

Thank you Nana and Papa for the healthy snacks!

Eating at the fire station while we waiting for the doorbell to ring.  While we were there we got a total of 1 trick or treater.  After we left we heard there were a few more!

Hope everyone had a safe and happy Halloween.

Yummy?

Can't decide if he's really into this whole rice cereal idea!  By the looks of these pictures...I'd venture to say he's not a big fan!

Now...carrots on the other hand...we might be on to something!

Daddy's Little Girl

Reagan like nothing more than to be outside with her Daddy.  Aaron was outside shooting his bow and Reagan was watching intently.  She would walk up to the target and help pull the arrow out and then she would help carry them back, try to place it on the bow, and then sit back to watch.  What a cutie!

I love that they are in step with each other!

Trying really hard to make it work

Watching Daddy from a safe distance.

If only she could sit this still all the time!

Pink Heals rides again!

This year I was left by myself to take the kids to the fire trucks.  Aaron was a little under the weather so we ventured out there on our own.  My first mistake: didn't take the stroller.  Second mistake: giving Reagan an entire bottle of water!  What was I thinking?!  Anyhow...this is the best picture I could get!  But we had a good time watching all the dogs that were out there!

Little pumpkins

We went to take pictures in the pumpkin patch...but Reagan had other things in mind like riding the big concrete elephant.  Who buys these things?
They never would look at the same time.
Reagan looks like she's thrilled!
Back on a random concrete animal!
Few more pictures from our attempted photo shoot.

Apparently the hay does NOT taste good!
Sweet boy
Finally got her to sit still and watch the fish.
All decked out in their camo.

My angel in disguise

Reagan has developed a new love for playing dress up. Beads, glasses, and frequent wearing of Mommy shoes.

It's the pearls and sailor hat that make the outfit!

Mommy's shirt, shorts (that was tricky), and shoes

Moving onto bigger and better shoes ... Daddy's!

Monday is Zoo Day!

We came back from Houston on Sunday thinking that I had to work Monday.  Aaron would be gone for SWAT all week so Granny came back with us.  On our way back I got a phone call that we had very few patients and I could have the day off.  So...I took it and we had a day of fun at the zoo!  It was worth the price of admission and the PTO day to watch Reagan run through the zoo.
Adam...not too excited.  Just content!

She REALLY wanted to touch it!
The new Elm Creek Backyard exhibit is AWESOME!!!  Reagan loved the birds!
