Little Drummer Girl

With the proper tools anyone can be a drummer!
Reagan quickly found out that different bowls and different spoons make different noises. So...maybe a drum set for her 3rd birthday?! It may have been a little noisy around the house, but she was highly entertained and entertaining all morning!

Changes...

Changes in weather: It's fall and the temperature is showing it. Reagan didn't have a jacket so off to Old Navy we go for a jacket and matching hat, of course!
Changes in age: Reagan needed a new carseat for Daddy's truck. Since she was going to turn 1 year old in 1 week we saw no need in putting the seat rear facing. So...our little girl is no longer riding backward! She loved the new seat and the new direction!

My little red wagon

Reagan recently got her first little red wagon from "Old Dad." He apparently bought it about 6 years ago and left it at his shop in the box. When he found it the other day he knew exactly what to do with it...give it to Reagan! Of course, it couldn't be her birthday present because 1 more week would be too long to wait! =) What a great surprise!

Climb every mountain...

And we're climbing! It's official nothing in our house is safe from Reagan from this day forward! I think it was a little surprising when the box starting rocking with her!

With a woof-woof here...

At Reagan's cousin's 2nd birthday Reagan got to chase 5 puppies all over the yard!
They snuck up behind her...
Until she felt their little puppy tongues! Then they were all hers!
Bad news when the dogs wouldn't come to her! =(
But, no worries...Addison to the rescue with puppies!

Big Girl

Just a little photo shoot with Mommy before leaving for Ms. Cindye's house!
Show me your happy face!
Now your sad face!
What a character!

They call them the Firemen!

The Abilene Fire Department and Police Department competed again this year on the bike trails for bragging rights and $200. This year Reagan stayed awake to help cook and serve food!
Aaron and Marty taking it easy before the race.
Aaron being interviewed by the news people! He was on every local channel except NBC.
All our Firefighters lined up before the big race. What a good looking group of guys!
And the top three winners are...FIREMEN!!! Aaron took 1st place, Marty Sanders (Aaron's Lt. won 2nd place, and Brian Scalf took 3rd! The top shooters were also firemen!
The moral of the story is...when your house is being robbed...call the fire department!
