Clearly Reagan got her fashion sense from her Mommy! My idea of fashion is function and comfort. It's obvious that the headband is functional in keeping her hair out of her face and the rainboots...quite functional. They keep your feet dry in the event of minor flooding and they are comfortable. What more could a girl ask for?!
