Granby, Colorado...Here we come again!
2010 nationals were, again, held in Granby, Colorado. This year there was one more kid and 3 less grandparents! However...we did have 1 Uncle Gary! All in all...the trip went GREAT! We are so amazingly fortunate to have 2 great kiddos. They were so patient to ride up and down the mountain in the stroller and hang out for hours on end at the base of the mountain.
When they got tired, they slept.
When they got hungry, they ate.
When they had tired legs, they rested.
These are 2 laid back kiddos! Reagan loved running up and down the mountain and finding rocks and pine cones. And they both did great sleeping in the camper. We all started off in our own beds and come morning...we were all snuggled under one big blanket to stay warm. We cooked and took showers on the side of the mountain in the comfort of our tiny little pop-up! Unfortunately, I didn't take a picture of our camp set-up. We were on a slight slope! And by slight, I mean scary!!! We ran out of leveling blocks trying to get the camper level and when the guys thought it was "level enough" the trailer was partially unhooked. Thank goodness the chains remained attached to the car or we would have owed some people a LOT of money to repair their campers after ours plowed through them! That would have been a bad day! Luckily we survived and our camper remained in place.

Aaron & Gary both placed 4th in their class!
